Financial Assistance may be available to  Quakertown Community School District residents. Please complete the following form and if requesting financial assistance, the following documents must be emailed to qcointakes@gmail.com before your request can be reviewed.

  1. Photo ID for all adults in the household

  2. Two months most recent bank statements (all accounts, all pages) 

  3. 2 weeks of paystubs / documentation of income

You will be contacted by an intake volunteer 24-48 hours after receipt of all documents. 

Success! Message received. If you are requesting financial assistance and have been a QCSD resident for at least 60 days, please email the following to QCOINTAKES@GMAIL.COM:

1) IDs for all adults

2) proof of income for all adults covering 2 weeks  

3) 2 months most recent bank statements ( all pages) .

Documents must be received in order to be assigned an intake volunteer and considered for financial assistance.

If you are not a QCSD resident , please call 211 for financial assistance in your area.
